We have big dreams for Chaos Climbing. We aim to be recognized as an integral part of the climbing culture and our passion for climbing and in particular the climbing culture drives us to achieve this goal like nothing else. But why?
The Mission
We're here to bring you some of the freshest rock climbing gear and apparel you'll likely ever see. With a combination focus between quality and culture, our threads will quickly become your go to climbing get up! PS: The gear part is still in the works, but rest assured, it's coming.
A common tag line we use is "Embrace Chaos". For us, we see chaos in everything. The difference between climbers and the rest, is we embrace it! We have become more than just comfortable in chaos, we thrive in it!
A second tag line we use often is, "by climbers, for climbers" That's because we are climbers first and we work hard to keep it that way! By supporting us, it allows us to support our ever expanding crew of climbing ambassadors. You can check them out here.
Why We're Here
We exist for a few reasons. When we look around at the rock climbing community and culture, we see something extraordinary. A culture like no other. A culture that embraces all!
We want to bring that culture to the forefront! How many people do you know that would happily wear a rad surf tee, despite never having touched a surfboard in their lives? They don't wear these brands to fake it. They wear them because they feel a connection to the surf culture.
The Olympics gave our sport an exposure like we have never seen! we're here to help build on that so that everyone can experience how awesome the climbing culture really is. It's far too good to greedily keep to ourselves.
We started work on Chaos Climbing back in 2017. It took a few years of work before we thought we were ready to launch. So in 2019 we registered the business name Chaos Climbing in anticipation. Unfortunately life had other plans for our timeline, so we had to work through a few more years of hiccups before we finally launched the Chaos Climbing online store in March 2022.
Although it took far longer than anticipated to get going officially, we're here now. But far more importantly, we're here to stay!
